The New Ruler is Arriving!

To all you worthless scums, I, The Ruler of Rulers, The Voice of All, The Being Who Rules All Humans Alike, The One and Only, Rachel Chiah, have decided to take over the whole Universe!
Be honoured that a being as great as I, have decided to put myself in a position so important as such to rule all of you.
Several rules will be imposed on all of you.
One such rule is that you must serve me, regardless of what I ask of you, no questions asked.
Another rule, is that you will all need to start reading your dictionaries (preferably Oxford for Advanced English), as your daily homework, to improve your puny minds.
The last rule, is to prepare for your monthly exams that will take place precisely today, every month from now. No kiasu-ism is allowed. I am the only one who is privileged to do that. The rest of you don't matter at all, worthless fools.
Last but not least, I wish to further inform you that more rules are to come, so be prepared.
